Postponed my Anchorage trip until next Friday - just too cold to be on the road alone in my 1999 Ford Escort - LOL. So, will hopefully ride up with friend Jaci on Friday in her Ford Escape 4x4; if not, have an alternate ride with Chris and Hugh on Thursday - the week will evolve...

Lord, I can't even imagine how cold that is right now. We have had nothing but days in the 50's and 40's. Though I daresay that will change!

are you in fahrenheit or celcius. I just did the conversion for this = -26 celcius if that's the case. That's mighty cold; don't blame you postponing a road journey in those conditions; could be really dangerous surely.

I can't even imagine it being that cold! We are in the middle of summer here and it's so warm. Even our winters are considered very mild. The joys of living in a tropical climate!
Oh my... and we are complaining because the high today is going to be 18 degrees. I can't even fathom what -15 degrees would be like!
