Raclette for One
Wonderful evening respite before completing page 5 of 6 for my Lacebook. Sort of a mini-celebration for tomorrows completion and since I couldn't be in ANC for my oldest daughter's birthday today. I think I wrote on your NYE raclette dinner....but to do it for one, brilliant. And the pears, with cheese and vegetables...a meal set for a queen. So glad you posted this. I should do a post on a raclette machine, then the manufacturers might get a few sales LOL Our family loves to do marshmallows, chocolate, etc for s'mores....few more calories than what you are serving.
