Palm Sky

Artistically enhancing a few of my photos from Palm Springs. This is one from 1000 Palms, obviously (smiles) looking up from below to the sky. Amazing natural textures. Had fun changing it up - though it was also beautiful on its own. I used Bonnie's "one life" texture at 92% difference; otherwise, all remains the same. Thanks for stopping by. Karen

This almost looks like scratch art. Very interesting.

At first I thought they were frost (from the thumbnail) Quite the opposite! This is just exquisite. Looking up into the palms and the magic of the color!

It does look a little like frost, I love the effect you've created here and palm springs sounds very inviting too!

I thought I was looking down on a reef.
Very cool (the temperature) and relaxing looking.

The "difference" filters makes this image look ethereal.

BTW, I just finished reading "The Snow Child" by Eowyn Ivey. It takes place in Alaska and is beautifully written.

Very interesting piece. It reminded me a bit of fireworks. The colors are really nice in this piece.

Such gorgeous colors! I agree that it almost looks like frozen ice crystals on a window pane. Lovely!

Great result, Karen. I like the abstract look of it and the difference colors you got from the blend mode.
