Look Out for Moose

Monday morning hits hard after returning to standard time... I actually "snoozed" twice, normally awaking far before the gong chimes.
Yesterday was a snowy-blizzard-type day, one to remain indoors and knit (for me).
What a gorgeous day today is. Clear blue sky with Mt. Redoubt in its glory appearing across Cook Inlet.
The photo below was taken with my "on-hand" camera, the iPhone5, through my vehicle window on my way to work! Smiles.

That trumps anything I've ever seen on my drive in to work! Beautiful!

BULLWINKLE in the morning! Would LOVE to see that - these city folk in Vegas don't know what they're missing. Hate Daylight Savings Time Weekend, too...hope the week gets better for you AND me! Happy Monday, Karen...Tanya

The time change always takes us a few weeks to get used to too. I wish they'd just leave the time like this and stop changing it. I think Arizona and Hawaii already do that. Seems like a nice idea.

How cool that you get too see moose where you live! I want to see one someday so bad. They're so cute! I've heard they can charge at people. Do they ever charge at cars or do they just go about their business unless someone upsets them?

OMGosh- that's amazing! This morning I almost hit a deer on the middle of the road as I was driving to work! You win though-- the moose is bigger!!

That looks like a perfect, crisp winter morning there! I have fond memories of having the moose in the yard there in Soldotna.
